Sanja Pesich

Marketing and Communications Manager

Sanja Pesich joins Science is Elementary with over fifteen years of experience in marketing and communications across nonprofit organizations, academia, and innovative technology companies.

Throughout her career, she has supported mission-driven initiatives and is a passionate advocate for mental health and social justice.

In addition to her professional work, Sanja has experience teaching ESOL and volunteering as an art docent in her sons’ schools, reflecting her commitment to education and community engagement. She is excited to support Science is Elementary in its next phase of growth and to help expand access to high-quality, hands-on science education for children across the United States.

Sanja holds a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Niš, Serbia, an MBA from Santa Clara University, and an MA in Anthropology from San Francisco State University.
